Q:  Will you be listing my mobile home or actually buying it?

A:  Glad you asked! We are actually licensed mobile home brokers so we list the home on your behalf and bring in a buyer. We are professionals in the mobile home space so we already have a national database of people looking to buy right away. 

Q:  Will you get me a fair price for my home?

A: If you choose to work with us, you will get the price we discussed over the phone that was agreed on. There may be an instance where we have to come back to re-evaluate a listing price. 

Why you ask? We are mobile home brokers so if we list your home at the price we discussed but it's not getting any attention we will need to come back to the table to discuss some options.

We aren't doing you dirty but instead doing our due diligence to offer you the best possible price and solution we can while taking into account these things. 

However, with that being said the majority of the sellers we work with are not looking to sell at retail but are just wanting to get out of their current situation & are happy to have us solve their problem and for us to be able to get them cash in hand. Q:  How do you determine the price to list my mobile home?

A:  We look at a number of things: Location, repairs needed, condition of the home, year, title present or not & similar homes in the area. It's that simple.

Q:  Do I have to pay you anything?

We work on behalf of the seller, so you pay us nothing out of pocket.

We get paid for connecting our buyer to you the seller so the buyer takes care of our commission cost
